Division Head, Water & Environment
- Accountable and responsible for overall performance of the Division
- Lead the marketing effort of the Division to secure new work
- To manage, plan and lead project teams to ensure on-time project delivery accordingly to the planned schedule within resources allocated, whilst ensuring client satisfaction
- To ensure all works carried out meet contractual, regulatory, quality standard and requirements
- Oversee the Profit and Loss and cashflow of the Division
- Oversee Concept Reports and chair all concept Review Presentations and oversee that ISO Procedure are being implemented.
- Ensure that QA/QC reviews of critical design areas are being carried out.
- Oversee project design and documentation.
- Review the information issued by the Division for costing and tendering purposes
- Assist in resolving any technical problems faced by the Division during the project design and/or construction stages, where required.
- Oversee presentations to clients for complex/larger projects.
- Oversee resource planning, adjustments and redeployment to match Division’s workload.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Civil / Infrastructure Engineering or equivalent
- Must possess a Professional Engineer (PE Civil) certificate
- Minimum 15 years of experience in managing civil/water/infrastructure projects, preferably in PUB projects
- Excellent people management skills, ability to prioritize, plan, organize and execute tasks effectively
- Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good leadership and interpersonal skills, with high energy level and is able to multi-task.
