Meinhardt provided retrofitting services for the 4-storey shopping mall, with a 2-level basement for retail space and parking, totaling to 700,000 square feet of retail and entertainment space.

The revamped mall is divided into 8 theme zones, with each zone featuring a unique concept.

• Improving transparency of the shopping centre by creating multi-storey high glass entrance portal and MRT Link
• Upgrading ground level F&B areas along Raffles Link
