The development envisages the redevelopment of Specialists’ Shopping Centre and Hotel Phoenix (SCHP) at Orchard/Somerset Road and Orchard Emerald (OE) at Orchard Road linked by a sky bridge and an underpass below Orchard Road.  The redevelopment of SCHP comprises of two basements linked to the existing Somerset MRT Station, with a 19-storey podium of retail, hotels and parking and a 21-storey hotel tower.  The redevelopment of OE comprises of two basements of retail and an 11-storey retail and office tower.
