Meinhardt is the Accredited Checker and Accredited Checker (Geotechnical) Consultancy Services for a 19-storey mixed0use building which will house the future Outram Community Hospital (OCH). The community hospital is equipped with over 500 beds and rehabilitation facilities. In addition, the project will include other campus-wide facilities such as a logistics centre, car parks and offices to cater to the needs of a large campus covering approximately 148,000 sqm.
