The Paya Lebar Quarter site comprises two adjacent parcels separated by Sims Avenue and the Geylang Canal. The mixed-use development comprises retail mall, office and residential spaces (429 units) with a total area of 1.77 million sq ft. Nearly 55% of the total GFA is for office use.
